Today, I received Mr. Gonzalez and his crew in my home to inspect my roof after being quoted 40k dollars to replace my entire roof by another company when I requested attic insulation replacement. Last year, my homeowner's insurance changed, and I was required to get my roof inspected. Mr. Gonzalez came to my home and his words were "I make money by finding damages in your roof, but I found no damages in your roof at this time". Today he returned, and he told me the same thing, he found no damages at all.
