    Install LVP flooring
    $10,000

Jason complete messed up my LVP flooring installation. It started to come apart within a year, and now has gotten to a point where I am having replace the entire floor. He didn't honor his 3 year warranty. Jason and his crew are only good for some basic woodwork with plywood, but they do not know how to install flooring. Stay away from this extremely unprofessional company and individual

    Bathroom temodel
    $6,300

Jason did a horrible job remodeling the bathroom and installing backsplash. The shower was tiled uneven, he used the wrong grout color then tried to scrape it out days later and put more grout in over the top of the existing grout. He did not wash off the grout, he scratched the tiles while removing grout. He used blue sharpie to mark the tiles and pebbles and then left the blue sharpie on the pieces he installed and it would not come off. He tiled in the shower before testing it and then it wouldn’t work because the plumbing was not correct. He cut a huge hole in the back side of the shower and then left the hole. All of the schluter was incorrectly installed and is falling off. The grout is all cracking after 6 months and the shower floor has low spots that retain water and are discoloring already. The backsplash is all incorrectly installed with blue sharpie and uneven. It was not sealed or caulked. Additionally, Near the end of the project I told him I did not want him in my house without me being there because so many errors had occurred and he let his worker into my house without my permission after I directly told him not to be in there that day. He then called me to tell me later that day that Vlad had went in and finished things and he got in because I had left the door unlocked, which I know isn’t true because I locked the door when I left. In December, Jason agreed to redo all of the work and purchase the materials to redo the job because he agreed it was all his fault and he wrote and signed contract to do the work but said he didn’t have the money to do it until May. May came around and he said I had to have an inspector come and do a report before he fixed anything and would only do the work if it failed. This was at my expense. I had the work inspected and it all failed and gave the results to him and he now says he will just give me back the money I paid upfront and I am out the cost of the materials because I purchased all of those, the cost of the inspection, and the cost I paid to have a plumber work on the shower that was not functioning. He also is threatening to put a lien on my house for nonpayment because he says this job is finished. It is a total failure and was supposed to have a three year warranty which also will not be honored. See the quality of the work for yourself in the pictures posted in google review. Use at your own risk.

    Deck repair

They did great work on our decks -- they promptly answered all phone calls, emails and texts, showed up when they said they were going to, did the work they described, their price was good and I have been recommending them to friends. Very professional work ethic. Denise
