If it was possible to give Brandon Hankins and CK Construction LLC no stars, I would. Completely incompetent individual. Completely dishonest individual. After hiring him to build a $450,000 house (he claimed to us that he had built in this price range before......he LIED), he abandoned my construction site after 11 months. We now have close to $100,000 in items that Brandon either failed to do or failed to do correctly that have to be corrected. Because Brandon failed to read the blue prints I now have a house that is not structurally sound. Brandon has an excuse for everything and in his world nothing is his fault. Brandon is not capable of telling the truth. Disgusting individual. Check with Better Business Bureau for complains and also with the Missouri Attorney General's office. The City of Joplin also has MANY complains again Brandon Hankins.
