Our AC/Heater unit expired after only three years. The company we hired to replace it told us the wrong unit was originally installed and the workmanship was poor which led to its failure. We had to replace both AC/Heat at a cost of $8000.00. Clark Harvey ignored our letters and did nothing to help us out on this issue. A responsible builder-I say not!!!!!
