We had missing tiles on the roof, and possibly some areas of wood rot
Clark came by, evaluated the roof and gave us a quote.
When they were all done with the work, there were still missing tiles on the roof, and not inspected for completeness of problems on the roof, PER CLARK, "Jon done"
Their response, the contract was only for one part of the roof
Overall a very incomplete job and I need to get another roofer
My perspective was for Clark to do a complete job and in no way did they communicate that they were going to do an incomplete job, and vice versa
The end response by Clark, if you don't like the job, I did “I'll see you in small claims court”
Plus, when they were all done, they left a pile of shingles together on top of the roof, hard to imagine, but that is how sloppy they were
Conclusion,
1) Cannot be trusted to tell you what is wrong prior, and what needs to be done
2) cannot be trusted to do appropriate work.
3) CAN be trusted to be unprofessional. When I suggested that the work was incomplete, THE OWNER QUICKLY, said, “I WILL TAKE YOU TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT”
4) After minimal time at my home, they said JOB complete, all dome; HOWEVER, Can be trusted to do sloppy work, leave holes in roof, missing shingles, and leave a stack of a shingles on the roof;
5) Yes. left stack of shingles on roof (the roofers originally that day, got them form my basement)
Conclusion, cannot be trusted AT ALL
