    The single most horrible experience with a builder in history. Incomplete job. Had email stating I would have outdoor kitchen with 30" grill and Pergola, none of which was built. Since it was an add on after they needed a YEAR and THREE MONTHS extension to the original build date, it was not part of the contract. I was told I had to accept it "as is" or I would default and they would grab my $230,000 deposit and the unit and resell it. Complete and utter bullies.
