Our experience was a nightmare. NO we would NOT recommend this company! Kyle the owner is far from a professional. When we started having immediate chipping, peeling, cracking and fading, we were told they would come fix the problems. This was at the beginning of the project. Each attempt was worse than before, leaving us without a completed driveway after 1 year 5 months. We have been unsuccessful to reach Kyle by cell or text message, or Denise on the business line once we requested a refund approx 5 months ago. This driveway was paid in full, yet we don't have the completed job done.
We were very foolish to be so understanding with excuse after excuse we would get from them. Each time the driveway attempt was made, there were different people sent...none seeming to know exactly what they were suppose to do. Kyles reviews show a high rating, yet we don't seem to see our 1 star rating on his website of reviews. Not only did Kyle mislead us as to his expertise in this type of service he says they were knowledgeable in, he also displays less than professional behavior when issues do arise. Instead of working with the client, he chooses to run and hide by not returning any of our requests to speak with him. The unfinished job is not our only issue with this company. They did additional damage to our lawn, sprinklers, existing pavers and cut a portion of our stucco siding off our home. Worst job ever!
