I would not recommend this person. I wouldn't even call him a contractor. I paid him a lot of money to do a multitude of projects on a house I bought. He talks a big game, but he doesn't deliver. He took other jobs and disappeared for weeks at a time, leaving me waiting and waiting for months. I have had to pay other legitimate contractors to re-do many of the things I had paid Cliff to do. Substandard work, promises and deadlines not kept.
