Cloudcap Construction
Provided excellent service, craftsmanship and economy. We were very please with the siding job done on our house. The bid was reasonable, the estimation of materials was right on target, and the work was done efficiently and quickly. The job site was organized and cleaned up well at the end. We found the owner to be honest and reliable. I would call this company again for more work. Our siding looks great. We are satisfied customers! -

Very Pleased with Cloudcap Construction and Jim Horn. Jim does high quality work. I have used him for a variety of home remodeling projects and have always been pleased with the quality of his work. Jim is considerate and conscientious, he took great care to make sure the job site was left clean at the end of the day. I have never had any problems with any of the work done by Jim.

Poorly cut window and baseboard trim throughout house; unsightly globs and smears of calking/spackle; installed partially, poorly finished expensive new front door and took clients existing door all without owner consent; left a tub of mineral spirits with paint brush and an unsealed can of urethane unattended in home with pets inside; scratched new front door in two places; drilled holes into face of new closet door and installed it anyway, would not make corrections/repairs upon request, many other similar problems. Jim Horn, owner of Cloudcap Construction had to be replace. Major delays and additional expence to owner.

Jim has installed many windows for us over the years, as well as worked on a number of other construction projects. He does a great job and we've always been pleased with his work. He's also personable and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend him.
