I made my choice to purchase a home from Cardinal at the encouragement of Coastal Premium Homes. I toured the facility and contracted to purchase a home from Cardinal and it was erected June 10, 2021. Recently it was discovered that there was a very serious building error that has caused me over $ 40,000 in necessary repairs. I am hopeful Cardinal will do the right thing and stand behind their product, or Coastal Premium will try to resolve this issue.
