  Basement and attic

  $16,200

  I hired coastal restoration and construction LLC. To redo my basement and attic. The job was signed 1/7/2019 and was suppose to be completed by 1/31/2019. I made the mistake of not researching this company and Adam Todd Nevius. He has numerous complaints and criminal records of fraud. I paid him the initial deposit of $8000 and then $6000 after the electrical work was completed. I also gave him an additional $2200 because I wanted to upgrade the bathroom and bedroom in the basement. Total payout was $16,200 dollars with a remainder of $3,000 after completion. After the electrical work was done he sent 1 employee to do work in the attic and never returned. He does not reply to text or calls he tells me he’s coming and never comes. Numerous times. These are the same things he’s done to other people that have complained about his company. I asked for a refund minus the work he did which is not much work maybe $3000 worth of work. He has not given me anything does not call or return my calls. I am filing this complaint in hopes to get a resolution and to help others not to fall victim of this guy and his company.

  They took deposit and never did any work.
  Won’t let me put zero stars don’t be fooled by one

  I had contracted Adam todd Nevius to do the Pool demo job on Aug 6, 2017.
  Work included pulling township permit, removing electrical connection, demolish pool, clear township inspection and final fill the hole with dirt
  He finished 1/2 the job after paying additional fund.
  From Oct till today I had contacted him many time almost every day via text and pone call
  He does reply with false promises of finishing the job, till today its not been finished.

  1. He finished raising permit
  2. He demolished pool without picking up the permit, which finally he did in Jan 2018
  3. Since Oct 2017, I am waiting for him to come and remove electrical connection and clean up the back yard with all pool debris so I can get inspection done.
  I got tired of his tactics and got electrical work done by some one else.
  Call in for inspection, and it was rejected by building department.

  Please be aware and do not fall victim of this company. If you do any Job serach for their name and HIC number online.
