I ordered a toilet 7 days ago from Lowe's. Colbalt was the assigned installer. They have changed the schedule date and time 5 times in 6 days including one that was over a month in the future. The last reschedule was for a day when I could not be available. I called 4 different numbers. One which is listed on their website is no longer in service. One was the actual person but it went right to his voice mail and gave instructions to call another number. No answer at that number. I was able to leave two voice messages at other numbers and I have contacted them through Handy by email at least a dozen times. I will be going to Lowe's tomorrow to file a complaint and cancel my order. If their service is as poor as their communications, I would be scared to have them touch anything in my home.
