I am the owner of 3738 Rhoda Ave/3734 Rhoda Ave. Colin began my basement project and completed much of the planning process and obtaining of permits. However, there were scheduling conflicts with his contracter partner and his subs, so I ultimately had to go with a different contractor for the actual construction process and completion. Colin was pleasant enough, but the scale and timing of the project did not work out.
