It was a constant battle with this GC and his sub-contractor after I hired him and signed the contract. I was excited to begin the project and felt confident I had hired a quality GC after reviews from others I knew.
Sadly, I was scammed by the underbid and then shoddy workmanship. He did not supervise his subcontractors, and they ignored key elements of the design. I do have supporting photos and documents. Beware if you hire him and confirm the estimates came from licensed subcontractors and not just pulled from thin air.
