This morning I had the pleasure of meeting 2 nice gentlemen from Comfort Crew Heating and Air Conditioning. When I saw Al and Zaid pull up in their Clean White truck I got the impression that I was working with a class act. Al and Zaid were extremely personable, showed up on time, had a neat clean appearance, and explained what they would have to do to get my mini-split system up and running again. I had 2 other companies give me estimates for repairs that far exceeded the initial install price of my mini-split system. Al and Zaid also explained that they would not have to take every unit down off the wall and check all fittings. They would pressure test each line right off the condensator saving labor, time, effort, and excessive costs. These guys know their stuff. They were able to come up with a diagnostic plan that was not as involved as the other companies that saved time and money. They will be beginning work on Friday.
Although this is an initial review, I will follow up after the work is completed with another review stating my satisfaction with Comfort Crew. I would like to add that this is not a HUGE Air Conditioning and Heating Company. They are a 2 man operation. Therefore, it is imperative they do a good job to maintain a good reputation in their field. In my many years of using contracted services, I have found dealing with small family-owned businesses is not only good for the community, but family businesses tend to be more competitive on price and service due to less overhead.
Now let's sit back and watch them do their thing! Watch for my update and possible video.
