Worst experience. Fraud all the way around with no effort of the owner to even return a phone call. I will be calling and posting in several sites. First told they could no longer get freon for old air conditioner. I later learned this was false. They said I would save 30% on new air conditioner when in fact my usage has increased.
I was told I would get a $700 rebate from MID and they would submit the papers. After a year of being told they were handling it, it is now too later and the employee who procrastinated or embezzled is no longer there. I asked for the owner to call and haven't received any call back after a month of waiting.
Lastly, the first test didn't pass so they had to seal my vents but did just a few to make it pass. I called the inspector and he made them come back out and do all if them.
So many lies, fraud. I'm out a rebate (should see if MID sent it to them).
I would stay CLEAR of this place. A call from the owner may have helped but they chose otherwise
