Cosmin and his assistant were fantastic. We had someone come out last week and was here for 5 minutes and left...I don't think he actually fixed anything, just took our money and ran. Cosmin and Co. were here, talked to me about what was going on, gave me advice about how to go about our situation with our 3 year old unit. Not only did they perform excellent work, but they cleaned up after themselves, vacuumed the floor where some insulation fell from the attic, cleaned my outside unit, even wore shoe covers in our house. If anyone is worried about "social distancing", they also asked us if they would like them to wear a mask while around our property. Can't say enough good things.
