Terrible comunication, builders realator does not call back and when you can trick her into answering the phone she points fingers at the builder or just tells you what she thinks you want to hear. I'm three months in from the date I signed the contract and all that has been done is foundation and backfill. The house has been sitting for two weeks since the last activity. I'm sure they wil have an elaborate excuse when I can sneak up on sombody to get them to talk to me. I would have given them zero stars but this site forces you to give at least one.
