Complete Building, Inc., has taken me on the ride of a lifetime - an absolute "terror on Hawkins Avenue" - and I find that this review will not be as favorable as it could have been, provided they did what they were hired to do and was documented in their contract with me. The contractors in question, Michael and Bernard, appear to be competent, yet underneath they exhibit very unprofessional and questionable work ethics. I own and operate a four star, licensed and accredited child care facillity, approved by the Department of Public Welfare and NAFCC (National Association Family Child Care). The funds provided for the modifications to my business were allocated by Keystone Stars - a government grant which I was awarded because of my four star standing. The work they were contracted to do has yet to be completed, and they were paid over 2/3 of the total costs prior to beginning the job. Both my husband and I have made several attempts to contact them in regards to completing this work, to no avail. Everyday there is a different story. Now I ask, is this the work of a true professional?
