Mike Sinning is both inadequate technically, unreliable, rude, sloppy and ill equipped for any serious job, small or large. He installed three split units for me and failed to include a line from control box to indoor unite, though all refrigerator lines were buried and done. He was totally unresponsive when I signaled him about the problem, blamed electricians, who all agreed their job would be to connect such lines, his job was to install them. Stay away from this guy. Feel free to email me for more info: [email protected] The guy should be put out of business

Mike Sinning installed my air conditioning system 6 years ago. I have had nothing but problems since year 3. I had a leak of refrigerant and instead of performing leak test, he kept charging with refrigerant since that was a quicker fix. Now 3 years later I had to hire another company to look at system. The new company ran a leak test (which took 5 hours) only to discover there was a leak in condenser and it needs to be replaced. Now the warranty is up on my equipment and Carrier says it is not their responsibility. I should NOT have to incur the cost of new equipment because of Mr. Sinning's irresponsible handling of the initial repair. Mr. Sinning has not returned my messages to him. It also seems very strange to me that an HVAC company owner would take vacation during the summer months! WHEN HE DID ANSWER ME HIS RESPONSE WAS "CALL SOMEONE ELSE"
