DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We had our 2 sliding glass doors replaced by Complete Home Solutions of Arizona ("CHSAZ) in late 2016. We bought 2 sets of French doors, which included a lifetime warranty. The doors have started to sag due to something wrong with the frames and are difficult to close. Additionally the frames around the doors have started to crack. We contacted the business and requested that someone come out and take a look at the doors.
Over the last 5 weeks we have called and spoke to the receptionist approximately 15 times - each time leaving messages explaining the issue and requesting a call back. We were told over and over that "Kelly" was the only person who could help, that she was "away from her desk" and would call us back that same day. Around the 10th message (week 4) I requested the email of "Kelly" and started to e-mail her in addition to calling the office.
No one has ever returned a call and Kelly has never responded to any of my multiple e-mails. We paid thousands of dollars for the doors and additional money for the warranty - this company is unprofessional and not worth your time or your money.

As the above person has said. I used this company when Jamie still owned it. I purchased a lifetime warrenty as well. Does not matter how many times you call or email. You will never get a response. Use this company at your own risk.
