Founded in 1984, Complete Property Services, Inc. is a Tampa-based contractor specializing in both exterior waterproofing and interior renovations. The company initially focused on exterior waterproofing projects before expanding into interior renovations in response to client requests—beginning with a Holiday Inn project in 1986. Now led by Michael and Matt Krueger, who have each been with the firm for over 25 years, CPS manages hundreds of projects annually throughout Tampa and the surrounding areas. Their experience includes working with commercial properties, notably hospitality clients, delivering projects with varying degrees of complexity. Company principals remain actively involved by conducting weekly project reviews, closely monitoring schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards. CPS’s multi-generational leadership and focus on project management have contributed to longstanding partnerships with clients over several decades.
