No showed 9 times. He did no surface preparation and now our patio and walkway have developed multiple cracks. It didn't even last 6 months! Said he would come back and fix it, never did. Looks awful.. Sealant and stain wore off right away because it was applied at incorrect temperatures.

He doesn't show when he says ever. Charged me extra to rent a machine he didn't have. Charged me extra extra to fix something that isn't fixed. Filled my entire house with cement dust. Worst experience I've had with a contractor from start to finish. Biggest waste of money as the floor is chipping already.
