We bought a home from them last November and have been plagued by huge problems from the beginning such as electrical issues (still ongoing) a shower that flooded the bathroom every time it was used (that took 7 months to resolve), leaky windows, plumbing issues, bad cabinets, etc. The work that is done is not up to par particularly for this price point. Buyer beware. I wish we had been.

Great builder, we still like them after we worked with them through the entire building project from the very beginning to moving in, it months after closing and we still like them. Building is always stressful, and it really matters who you chose to work with, they are small enough to be flexible but large enough to have good subs. They were flexible and reasonable and did NOT over charge for upgrades. They want you to love your new home, and we do!!
