Cosmo replaced my deck. He did a great job and is a great contractor. He showed up when he said he would and even texted when he needed to miss a day. His prices were reasonable and responded immediately with texts and emails. He was a pleasure to work with and I would never hesitate to use him again in the future. I cannot thank him enough.

We had very high winds and it broke a very large branch off of the tree which fell into my yard hitting the electrical supply line to my house and damaged the roof and broke the service riser and tore the wires off of the telephone pole.He replaced the riser and the broken wires and repaired the roof. Very timley it was fixed and I had electricity within two days.I have also used him for hot water heater, drywall repair, painting and repair a bit of damaged deck. He is very good and reasonably priced. I would (and will) use him again and would recommend him to any one that needs a contractor.

Cosmo replaced a deck and installed damage siding on my rental property. The siding and deck had dry rot and mold. He remediated the mold and removed all dry rot siding and rebuilt the deck and matched paint to the existing. His prices were fair I have used him on other projects and will use him again. Tom G.

Construction by Cosmo is a great contractor. Cosmo installed my wood burning stove to the specifications required and also installed mosaic tile in the alcove heat shield for a beautiful decorative look that brought the focal point to the fireplace. It is a beautiful addition to my home. I would recommend Construction by Cosmo to everyone. I have seen a lot of his construction projects in my area and everyone is so happy with his work. Good honest contractor.

Hired Cosmo cause he sold me on the notion he liked to take his time and do the job right . I hired him to perform a siding installation, he subbed out 1/2 the work to an unlicenced contractor and took his time alright but did everything wrong . He over billed and was paid 2k over. Abandoned the job and forced me to file against his bond because he would not return my messages. He had a recommendation for legal action against him for this very reason. Look up his license on the CSLB website. Beware!
