They made e-mail contact to cancel the appointment. Their schedule is very impacted, and they didn't want to over-promise. They did offer another recommnedation for a GC...but we will wait and see the results of our Buildzoom effort, first.

Randy, from CSI, came out to my daughter's house in Auburn on a Saturday and investigated the problem with ground water coming up through basement floor. He confirmed the cause of the problem and gave suggestions. We appreciate his advice and the promptness of his visit very much. We also appreciated his not trying to do a hard sell on the work. We haven't decided what course of action to take yet, but definitely keep CSI in mind for any extensive repairs envisioned.

CSI built my custom. 4,400 SF home that was on top of a hill. They had to build two rockery walls and a 150' driveway. At first sight you'd drive right by. But CSI's vision turned an obscure piece of property into a house of dream worthy of MTV Crib. The attention to detail and their willingness to hand hold is through the upgrade process was superb. CSI was hired to complete a third party inspection on a residential remodel. Randy was professional, responsive and most importantly fair. He assisted both parties in reaching a resolution and completing the project. We highly recommend CSI.

CSI did a complete remodel on a house we purchased in Tiburon that was 40+ years old and had few upgrades over the years. This is the best contractor I've ever worked with. He finished our project on time and on budget. He is honest and completely reliable. He handled unexpected issues professionally and expertly.
