  As others have stated, this company was contracted through Costco to deliver appliances we purchased. 4 delivery attempts where made for a new refrigerator, with each one arriving un boxed and damaged. I can't comprehend how 4 different refrigerators, each with EASIBLY noticeable damage, even made it on the delivery truck each morning. My only guess is that someone at the warehouse, loading the truck said "Not my problem". Very disappointing that a company like Costco continues to contract with them. Would rate zero stars if possible.

  This company is simply the WORST I have ever dealt with PERIOD. Similar to others, we bought a Costco dishwasher and within 2 mins of their arrival they said they couldn't install cause THEIR water line adapter was the wrong one and I would have to hire a separate plumber to put a whole new valve in. The hot water line already had a VALVE IN IT!!! For plumbing nerds....it was just a valve that came out to a 1/2 inch (inner diameter) (.625" OD) PEX tube , so they just need to pull it off and put the 1/2in PEX sharkbite to 3/8" COMP (Compression)adapter on and would be good to go - both avail at HD. I of course said I would talk to Costco and explain that this was an unreasonable excuse for not doing your job of installing. But Costco was 100% Worthless as well. If it wasn't such a good deal we would have returned the washer, which was on Black Friday special.
  Costco, kept saying sorry but did NOTHING until I called and complained since I had to install it myself. In fact, Continuum is so worthless they didn't even show up when I had initially said ok I will pay your $200 extortion fee to get this debacle over with. Took three weeks for me to eventually realize I would have to install myself, and after reading these reviews, I no doubt did a better job than they would have. After I complained, Costco did hook me up with a $275 gift card, but seriously since I have to now dispose of the old unit and spent $20 on various adapters, Costco probably broke even, if they don't pay the installer for installation. We dropped our membership to Gold since we were upset and borderline in terms of making enough to have the Executive make sense. Total colossal waste of time because someone at Costco was trying to save a few pennies on a BBB-rated F installer. Yes, look it up, they are rated F!!! Nice Job Costco!!!

  Dishwasher install from Costco

  Continuum Home Solutions (CHS) provided a text the day before installation confirming a window; they sent two professionals, Jose Gilberto and Luis Wilber who arrived at the earlier portion of the time window. They were courteous and protected our hard wood floors, inspected the old dishwasher, confirmed the new one wasn't damaged, and quickly installed it. Jose ran the new dishwasher to confirm no leaking and then drained it. He swept up the area and provided great all around service. I'm not sure why CHS has such a low rating, but on 10.26.2023, they were five star.

  Costco contracted installer

  Like several other reviews state this company was used my Costco to install our appliances. First the installers showed up at 8 am on a Saturday to install our microwave and dishwasher. They had the microwave so put that in but they didn’t have the dishwasher and told us to call Costco to reschedule. Ok the dishwasher comes later that morning and we reschedule install for a few days later. The installers come and have to wait outside for a minute so I can get my dog outside they are clearly irritated by this. They try to leave and say they’ve been waiting 5 minutes. Ok get them inside and they tell me it’ll cost me $275 to redo the plumbing for a different shut off valve and that my dishwasher is too big and won’t fit and to buy a different brand. All other brands show specifications of the same or larger units. Decide to just install myself. Guess what no plumbing needs to be switched and the dishwasher fits perfectly and is actually smaller than the old one.

  Long story short don’t use this company! They are grumpy and rude and straight up lie to you. I guess they did install the microwave, oven and fridge but again acted annoyed we had to empty our old fridge out quick before install. Just save yourself the hassle and use someone else if you can help it.

  Install gas dryer

  $750

  CHS was hired by Costco to install my gas dryer. They told me I needed a $200 part (valve) to pass county inspection and then it did not pass inspection. They came back out and told me it is not their job to know what is needed to pass inspection in each county and blamed it on the inspector. At this time there were 3 people looking at my dryer plus one on a video call - to say I was not comfortable with their level of knowledge to work on a GAS line in home home is accurate. They told me they couldn't fix it right then and did not know how much it would be to fix it - a sediment trap needed to be installed. I then called a different plumber who, upon removal of the part I "needed", saw that there was so much lubrication in the valve that almost no gas was passing through to the dryer - which explains why my new dryer was not...drying clothes. In addition, their front office staff was not a pleasure to work with.

  Costco hired them to install a dual fuel range

  If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. Costco contracted them to install a dual fuel range. I already had the 220V line in place. They arrived late and were very rushed. The banged up my back door bringing the range in. They hooked up the gas and electricity. They turned the oven on and left as they were behind. My range never heated. I called the company several times over the next 2 days. No one was ever there and my messages were ignored. In desperation, I called my electrician. He discovered that they had incorrectly hooked up the electricity, which had melted the inside of the outlet, damaged the electronics in the range and tripped the circuit breaker. Costco immediately ordered a replacement range and started a damage claim. A representative from Continnum was to come visit. They sent the idiot that did the work in the first place. He accused me and my electrician of miswiring (we had pictures of the original range interior) the range to make him look bad. I am still trying to recoup the money I had to pay my electrician and the county hookup fee. When my new range arrived, I told Costco to send another installer, which they did. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE.

  I do NOT, repeat DO NOT refer this company!!! Don't allow them into your home. They asked me for money and told me that I had the wrong size hose for dishwasher installation. My dishwasher was delivered but could NOT be installed as the hose that came was too short and that I would have to purchase one. I asked him if he had the correct size hose in his truck and he asked me if I had cash? I said no and he told me he did not find a correct size hose in his truck and that the installation would need to be rescheduled. I rescheduled for today and as the window for them to install came to a close I called the company. They advised me that they received an email at 8:00am stating that the order had been cancelled and they canceled the installation. I was NEVER advised as they are a third party company. I did NOT cancel and am literally calling Costco to see if this is true. This now makes 3 weeks without a dishwasher. Costco did not send an email, I will NOT allow the Continuum Home Solutions back into my home, EVER!!!!

  Install a dryer- hired by Costco

  Terrible service and terrible employees who flat out lie. This company was hired by Costco to install the dryer. They claim that they called the day before to give me a window time frame for their installation. They never did. I called Costco, the day of the installation, Costco told me that the window frame is 1-5 and that they will call me half hour before they show up. I waited and waited and when they showed up, I inquired why didn’t they call me half hour before arrival time. The guy said that he did. He was lying. I had the phone with me and it never rang. Then he requested a fee to set it up. I said Costco didn’t tell me about a fee. He said he will call to inquire. He got into his truck and drove away. He didn’t even have the decency to tell me that he is leaving. He told Costco that I refused to pay the fee. That is not true, I said let’s call and inquire about the fee. I just can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism and terrible attitude. What is this world coming to. They don’t even deserve a 1 star. I would give them -10. How could a business like this survive with such lack of work ethics and unprofessionalism.

  Saw several negative reviews on here about installs for gas ranges bought from Costco. Made me nervous like the other reviewer, but I had zero issues. They called the day before to confirm the scheduled installation and gave me a four-hour arrival window. They showed up within the first hour of the window and competed everything within 30 minutes. Turned everything on to show it working. Hauled the old (super heavy) stove away and took away all the boxes and trash. Very professional. Just wanted to share a positive experience.

  This company should receive 0 star and Costco should not work with this company. Contact phone number was incorrect, but was assured that the installer would call the alternative (correct) number. I was waiting all the time. Lately called Costco and was told that he called but did not get thru' and left. He did not even come up to the unit to knock the door!! I was told that it is scheduled for another day - how do I know that it will not go the same way? Stupid!! We lost days of work for people's laziness and the lack of diligence!!

  Costco hired them to install my new dishwasher

  Do not use Continuum they damaged the water shut off valve to my sink and refuse to admit it. The water leak damaged my kitchen floor and leaked down into the basement causing my rug to be soaked and ruining boxes of stored items. They are reliable or honest DO NOT USE THEM I am informing Costco so they NEVER use this company again to do there installs, Costco does not want a bad reputation and this company is giving them a terrible reputation.

  They were hired by Costco.com to install a new gas range

  Scammers. After multiple appointments to install a new gas range purchased from Costco.com, they tried every trick to make me do unnecessary business with them to install new electric line and pay for it separately. Their technician Darwin opened my new range and left it in the middle of my kitchen and decided to leave without completing the installation. They never came back to complete the job and never cared to call. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST, SCAMMERS, DISHONEST AND LIARS.

  I got call from Continuum to schedule my gas range installation purchased from Costco. I must say I was scared after reading these reviews but they called me the day my gas range was delivered and told me they can not come out and will come out next day between 4pm-9m ET. The next day I got a call and they came at 5pm. Installed the gas range and were done with no issues. Only caveat is they told me I have to pay $88.87.They stated it was for permit fee from fairfax county to check. Which they have scheduled for Monday. Will see. Over all had a good experience. Thank God. Sorry to see all the issues others had to go through.

  Delivery and Install of Washer and Dryer from Costco

  DO NOT USE COSTCO.COM delivery with this company. This company is a complete scam! They promised delivery and install, but they made all kinds of excuses to avoid 'install' and ran away. Costco uses this company as delivery/install contractor. They were supposed to install washer and dryer, instead, they made all kinds of excuses to avoid installing, using new hoses and duct. Instead, I had to install it myself. They carry both rigid/flexible ducts as professional installer. They were supposed to install a brand new duct connection, but they DID NOT. Also, they were supposed to install washer with brand new hoses, but they DID NOT. Instead, I had to connect washer/dryer connection by myself. It appears that they just want to make excuses to double charge to Costco. Why did they scam customers and Costco by intentionally scheduling two dispatch instead of completing the install and delivery at the same time. AVOID COSTCO APPLIANCE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!

  install new range/oven purchased from costco

  Amazingly these people didn't evenshow up to connect the new Costco range/oven which was delivered earlier in the day. Their window for installation was 1pm-5pm arranged by Costco Logistics. I didn't receive either a text, email or phone call from Continuum Home Solutions, and of course they didn't answer any of my phone calls during the day - SO I have a new range/oven sitting in my living room and no idea when it will be installed! Horrible business.

  I have the same experience to install an appliance through Costco purchase. He didn't have the courtesy to call me the day before. When Costco called him on the day of installation, he gave the same reason - that his staff called in sick. Horrible company and ethics.

  I have had multiple appliance deliveries with this contractor after purchasing appliances from Costco. Each time they call the day of the delivery (don’t even have the courtesy to call the day before) and say the installer is out sick and they need to reschedule. If you’re short staffed you need to do a better job of managing your schedule and not recycle the same excuse each time.

  gas range

  I purchased gas range from Costco and Costco got this contractor to setup and install the gas range. During the installation, they damaged my brand new hardwood stairs and a damage claim is in place and the range was heavily damaged. Now im receiving mails from this vendor stating I owe them gas installation permit fee and adding late fee and if not paid, they will place a lien on my home. I've no contract or agreement with this contractor and i bought the range from Costco inclusive of all

  Continuum Home Solutions may very well have gone out of business, based on my experience. We bought a dishwasher from Costco and apparently Continuum Home Solutions was the only Costco-approved installer. They never showed up, and never even returned multiple phone calls from me or from Costco. We ended up having Costco reimburse us up to $200, and we called ARLO Builders, LLC. Alvaro Rojas from ARLO came out the same day and installed and ops- checked the dishwasher and hauled the old one away for $170. Highly recommend ARLO Builders (on Thumbtack, all 5-star reviews).

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were supposed to install a water line for my new refrigerator and installed it incorrectly. When they came out to repair it, they could not fix the issue. When I had them come out a third time, they left without ever calling me. I work a few minutes away and was planning to leave work when they called (said they would call 30 minutes in advance), but never received any contact until Best Buy called and said that they had left.

  When I called them back, they said all I could do was reschedule, despite the fact that I was already home. The person on the phone was NOT helpful, nor did she seem to care about the poor customer service the technicians showed. I am usually pretty laid back about this, as I worked in home services for years, but this experience has been unacceptable.

  All in all, EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not use this company!!!
