  We used Contractor Core for several projects on our house. All projects were done well. The largest was replacing a drainage system from our driveway to the county flood drains. This was complicated with all the county requirements- most had to be on county property. We had to replace the original drain pipes from 1956, and replace with new larger pipes. Masoud did a great job explaining and showing what had to be done. Once constructions started- it was quick. ( For the first time in decades I no longer worry about my garage and lower level of my house flooding when it rains hard.)
  They also replaced the decaying fascia and roof shingles, and also replaced soffits (where birds were getting into). Masoud also replaced and redirected the flow from the gutters. Everything works well!
  (During this time – our kitchen dishwasher flooded the ceiling of the garage- and Masoud's workmen cut it out, replaced and sprayed for mold.- whew!) This was all during the pandemic and he and his crew all wore masks. They also repaired and painted some exterior areas.

  We had the exact same experience working with Masoud as Walter T. We had just purchased a new to us home that needed work. Just as Walter wrote, Masoud felt like an old buddy with a deep knowledge of how houses are built and he literally performed the job of the housing inspector we WISHED we had had! I scribbled easily 20 pages of notes of things Masoud found that needed to be fixed and/or completely redone. A simple series of tiny holes in the bathroom shower grout, for example, spelled a future mold problem to Masoud. He has attention to detail, is extremely articulate and honest, and speaks to you in a way that you will understand. He has literally saved us thousands of dollars -- pointing out things that no other contractor caught. His talents are vast and he will go far -- in whatever direction he takes his business.

  Masoud Edalatkhah owns and runs this outstanding family business, which I’d love to have the privilege of hiring again. They do it all, with experts in full-service renovation trades.

  I reached out to Contractor Core in a tough situation, with less than a week to have several ceiling-related patching, paint, and fan-install tasks done. Three generations of Masoud’s professional, courteous, and hardworking family, plus an in-house (non-subbed) painting expert, were promptly at my house, doing a first-class job. And instead of nickle-and-diming me, taking advantage of my time crunch, or dropping the ball like other contractors I’ve worked with — these guys actually proactively added scope (painting a whole ceiling instead of touching it up) as necessary to yield a first-class finished product — without charging a cent more or taking longer than the planned/budgeted completion time of one full day.

  Finally, COMMUNICATION sets Contractor Core far ahead of ANY of the many contractors I’ve ever hired. Masoud is incredibly helpful, accessible, and articulate, sharing his deep knowledge by graciously walking me through how to self-complete an unrelated small faucet replacement task that came up at the last minute. He also personally returned as needed to ensure everything looked great, on-time, and for the agreed-upon fair price.

  Masoud treated me like an old buddy he owed a favor to! It is rare and encouraging to meet skilled pros like this. Amazing experience, and highest recommendation.
