Cookie Cutter Pools has been a frustrating disappointment. The layout went great, then haste made waste. They were careless & destructive running conduit straight across the lawn instead of around it, not leveling the pumps and plumbing, placing the pool higher than necessary so we had to raise the yard even more. What the heck, it wasn't their expense. Eventually, my husband will re-plumb the pool equipment to prevent more problems in the future.The autofill leaked because they use heat to bend the pvc, rather than fittings. The tile contractor they sent for the accent tiles wouldn't follow mine or the manufacturer's directions, so the trowel marks show through. When things go wrong, Richard cheerfully cuts a check; but paying the bills to fix his mistakes doesn't make up for my time and aggravation and worry about what will go wrong next.

Horrible Experience with this contractor. This is a one man show acting like a large company. All work is subcontracted out to reckless and shady contractors except for his step son that does short cuts with the plumbing. If you are reading this review please do not hire this contractor. You will be sorry. When items where brought up that needed fixing Richard quickly stopped returning phone calls and left the jobsite. If you want to have to manage your own project yet have no ability to stop or have work corrected than go with this contractor. This is not a contractor you want to sign a contract with. Look elsewhere.
