  Very professional. High quality paints, detailed corners, no overspray, friendly company that strives for perfection and nailed it on my home.
  John and his crew are super knowledgeable, professional & exercise the utmost care while painting.
  The painters behaved very professionally (on time, no radios, no loud chatter and nothing for me to clean up).
  Excellent work! Done on time, reasonable price. Responses to questions were timely. John did what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it! Would highly recommend! They will absolutley get my call next time I need my house painted. Thank you Copper State Home Improvements LLC.

  PAINT HOUSE EXTERIOR

  $8,700

  I have always been a believer in helping the small business person. John knocked on my door where we live in the Prescott Country Club in Dewey, AZ. He was very kind and I invited him in and thought I would give him a chance. So, we settled on a price to have the ENTIRE house painted. It was $7700 dollars with the better paint, so I told him ok. I also asked him to paint my tuff shed and our deck of the house as well. I also discussed with him to do the pop outs around all of our windows and our garage. He crew got here on a Friday while we were out of town and I expected to come home to a beautifully painted home (we changed the color from beige to a light green with cream colored trim and the pop outs painted the same trip color to contrast the light green. Well he called me on that Friday after I gave him a $3000 cash deposit on Thursday...(he had knocked on the door Wed) Like I said we were out of town down in Phoenix. He called me on Friday and asked me if I could pay him the balance on Friday because they would be done that day and he had to pay his workers. So I DROVE ALL THE WAY UP FROM PHOENIX to do this man a favor and pay him. Then drove all the way back down to Phoenix to spend memorial day with my family as I am a 21 year retired U.S. Marine. Then he tells me they didn't finish Friday so they have to come back Saturday. I said no problem long as it's done by Sunday when I will be home in the morning. He ensures me it will be done BEAUTIFUL.....his favorite work by Sunday. So Sunday morning I come home to what I think is going to be a beautifully painted home with all of the popouts done, a professional job, where my tuff shed matches my home and low and behold.....only 2 popouts are done and the shed hasn't been touched. Nothing was put back where it was moved from...our ladders were laying in my neighbors yard and the back yard was a mess, not to mention they broke a hanging wall decoration (which he told me about and I said it was ok) he did offer to pay for it. So, now it's Sunday and I call him and tell him of my issues with the job they did and that they didn't even paint the tuff shed which I paid an $1000 to have that and my deck done. They didn't paint the stairs either...are stairs not part of a deck? So, he tells me they will fix everything up and it will again, his favorite word....be beautiful. But, they couldn't come out till Tuesday. So, Carlos (his guy) shows up on Tuesday morning and fixes some of the issues. He paints the tuff shed to match the house but JOHN, calls me and tells me that he can't do the remaining popouts for free that he would have to charge me for them. I couldn't believe it....are those not part of the house....why would I want only 2 popouts painted and not the rest? Especially the one's on the side of the house where it is right beside the road. THEY DID NOT FINISH THE JOB I WAS PROMISED....I PAID THEM $8700 IN CASH (7700 FOR THE HOUSE AND 1000 MORE FOR THE DECK AND TUFF SHED!!!! VERY DISHONEST.....I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!! AND POSSIBLY FILING A LAWSUIT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

  Paint the exterior of my home

  I was approached by John who was very kind. His crew came out when he said they would. The did an amazing job.I am still getting compliments on my home that they painted.

  Paint house exterior trim

  $1,600

  John and his crew were painting houses in our community, and people were pleased with the results. We contacted him to paint our trim and we accepted his quote. The crew did a fine job. While they were here painting, we contacted John to add an area to be painted, and he agreed at a very reasonable price. John was easy to work with, and walked us around the house to make sure we were happy with the job. We recommend Copper State Home Improvements.

  $1,400

  Very unhappy with Mr. John McMillan quoting my 77 year old wife who is recovering from major surgery with a "special ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR price to seal and paint a back yard fence" and when she took this man at his word and wrote him a check he said nothing about a possible lower price. Turns out after doing our fence he quoted our next door neighbor just SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS to do the same work on the exact same size fence. I would not recommend this unethical man or his business if they operate the same way their father does to do any work.
