    Redo master bedroom and two bathrooms
    $100,000

    Completely demoed home in the dead of winter, rendering the home unlivable while owners were 9 months pregnant with second child. Matt cardone kept all of their money and quit the project. He also did this to uncle lefty’s another business in hastings on Hudson. You’ve been warned!

    We used Matt to design an extension to our 100 year old brownstone.We can attest that Matt is intelligent, reliable and professional. He was just starting out on his own when we hired him and has probably learned a lot since then.Our only complaint was that he recommended a contractor that he had worked with before successfully but for us they were a disaster.My recommendation would always be to get at least 3 see-in-person references for contractors- we did not but went on his recommendation.
