Just used Cost U Less (Craig) to do some pest work and other VA lender required repairs on a property we had listed. Craig was referred to us by another Realtor in our office. This is the first time we had ever used him and I must say it could not have gone ANY better. The job was started and completed in the promised amount of time. Passed inspection the first time with NO problems whatsoever which allowed us to close a few days early. The price was completely reasonable and I will not hesitate to use him in the future.
