Coy Construction installed a replacement Trex deck and railings at our home in January 2022. After 6 months the top caps of the railings began to sag and instead of being horizontal they were wavy because the railing had not been properly supported at the bottom. Everyone visiting the house commented on how bad it looked. Coy says it offers a 2-year warranty on installation. However, we contacted them 3-times asking if they would fix the installation problem with the railings and never received a response. I would not hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
