Do you want ulcers, headaches, and stress as well as railing? This is the place!
Be smart and STAY AWAY!
Over priced, dishonest, unreliable, and messy/low quality install that caused damages. Horrible business practices overall.
Quoted 4-6 weeks, ended up taking closer to 10 weeks.
Lack of ability to schedule and keep to what they have promised. Lack of ability to communicate processes and what is going on.
After paying our deposit we heard nothing back regarding next steps. I had to call them for some sort of communication after not hearing from them for a week, and having no idea what was going on. I would have to be the one to contact them and see what was going on through the whole process.
The railing install was horrible! The hand rail was installed way too high, 6” over the highest allowed by code. They sanded off the powder coat in one area of the railing for some reason, and then they spray painted over where they sanded, making the powder coat in that area useless and the finish uneven. And, when they spray painted, they did it IN MY HOUSE! They were mere feet from a $3500 appliance. They damaged walls we had just finished, and got spray paint all over tile flooring and stair treads that we had just installed.
After calling to address the issues, they said it would be taken care of, and after not hearing from them for a week, I called to see what was going on and they wouldn’t answer my calls or return my messages.
After finally getting someone to contact me, they scheduled to come by the following Monday and then didn’t show up. After contacting them to see if they were still coming they said they weren’t coming and asked if they could come the following day. Again, horrible communication!
They finally came and took the railing for repair, and said it would be installed the following week. I eventually had to check in to see what’s going on after a week of not hearing anything from them. When I heard back from them they said it would be another week until it would be installed. When they finally scheduled, the day they were supposed to finish install the called and said the railing wasn’t done and re scheduled.
The “fixed” railing is still such low quality, they didn’t fix the issues as they had promised, and the finish came back even worse. I’m just calling it quits and leaving the railing with flaws and poor install because I don’t want to deal with their chaos any longer. Again, just STAY AWAY!

Worst experience ever, cost went up from $600K to over $750K. 4 FEET mistake with the hight of the home built. sever mistakes with foundation and framing.
dishonest contractor, lier, will disappear when thing get difficult. 8 months project came out as 12 and more (did not finish the project). ended up in legal action.
Save yourself this mess and avoid them in all costs!
