CPIT did a wonderful and professional job for me. They removed my old badly worn roof
(at least 35 yrs old and poorly maintained), replaced broken and rotted wood trim etc., and installed a ‘lifetime’ new roof, fixtures, flashing, and vents. This on a fixer-upper home I bought for my wife and me. At a fair and very reasonable price. Mark Whitacre (owner CPIT, LLC) is a genuine straight shooter and caring man.

Mike Whitacre had his subcontractors replace my roof and repaired the front porch ceiling that had been leaking. I had to have some additional work done do to a subcontractor put a hole in my porch rook ceiling and push all of the insulation out. Sub contractor also spray painted my chimney black in error. A couple of months later I notice the roof on my front porch was leaking and I contacted Mark who came by and said I see it is leaking and I will have my roofing contractor come by. This never happened and I have contacted Mark several times and he now avoids returning my communciations.
Apparently I will have to pay another contractor to do the work that I paid Mark to do.
