  I only wished I could leave less than one star. Crabtree Garden Center misses the mark on creating the basic horticulture of your most valued and expensive possession. From the poor customer service to the unattentive listening, your ideas can be and will be squandered with their only excuse is that they've done this field for over 20 years. Items will be broken, damaged and in poor quality from the garden center upon delivery with little to no remorse for replacement or rectifying the situation... especially after they've already been paid. Crabtree Garden Center should be highly avoided if you value your home, dignity and your dollar. The owner does not appear to have the social intellect to run a customer based business. His one sided views will only leave you in frustrations of your own visions. Take your business elsewhere.

  The price for the pindo palm tree as well as the service prior to actual day of delivery was great. The day my tree was delivered, they were 2hrs late and the gentleman that came out did not introduce himself and was very rude when I asked him a question. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again no matter what!

  I held off for over a year in writing this review. Primarily because it was our hope that the owner would complete his work at our property. A sizeable investment later, we were left with a burn pile never removed, tractor equipment that remained on our property for over six months, palets of stone that were never removed, and a damaged/broken entry gate that was never properly repaired by Mr. Crabtree. We've attempted to contact Mr. Crabtree extensively. And he's responded each time with a promise to finish/correct the work once he completed whatever "big project" he was on at the time. I really like Mr. Crabtree and have found his disregard for our expenditure in his landscaping services most upsetting. CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE!

  Install a Palm Tree

  $900

  Place is absolute TRASH and the owner is a FRAUD! Purchased a $700 palm and he guaranteed it for a year. Paid $125 for installation and such as well. He refused to give a refund and laughed and said I must have killed it. Reported him to the BBB. Stay far away from these con artists

  Sorry to bother them with an attempted purchase

  The guy I was stuck with was like something out of a really bad episode of the Andy Griffith Show. Complete redneck, I wouldn't go back. Lowes is better and at least you can trust them to be professional and handle problems. This jerk was on his cell phone and more interested in that than answering my questions. Find anyone else!!!!

  Poor customer service at this place. I went here an purchased a pindo palm tree. The guy who sold it to me promised me a "good price" of $250.18 including $75 for delivery and installation. After about 1.5 weeks on the day of delivery, I received a call that I had been charged the wrong price by an inexperienced employee and that I still owed $30.00. They angrily and rudely told me they were not coming out to install a tree for $50.00 and they defended their worker to the max. I asked for a full refund based on principle. I feel they should have absorbed that price. That was not my mistake. I will take my business elsewhere.
