We hired Cracy Enterprises to build a screen room addition to our home in February 2021 this year. The porch was completed in May 2021. The construction did not come without its challenges. The porch was poorly constructed and damages to materials during the construction was masked with touch up paint which did not match existing paint. Cracy did eventually replace some of the scratched or damaged pieces but we also had and still have roof leaks and we are not able to enjoy it fully due to these leaks. We have contacted Cracy Enterprises numerous times and after several failed attempts to repair (or correct the roof installation), Cracy has abandoned his warranty and cut all communication off with us and the roof leaks still remain. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone.
