  Design and Install gutters system and drainage pipes.

  I hired Bar FZ Roofing & Repair less than a year ago to install gutters on my home. The Owner, Craig Sellers, provided an onsite estimate of my home and within 3-4 weeks my gutters were installed. The gutters cost just under $2k and included a 10-year warranty.

  I was dissatisfied with the gutters due to the poor craftsmanship and learned during a rainfall they were improperly installed, the material didn't meet the requirements, and were substandard.

  The gutters were misaligned, paint was left on the side of my home when repainting the gutters, and scraps in my yard were left for our pets to find. Water flowed over and between my house and the gutters. At the time, one of Bar FZ Seamless Gutter and Property Services websites claimed they offered both 5"' and 6" gutters but chose to install 5" inch on my home which is unable to handle the watershed. I later learned from one of his employees his company does not have the capability to make 6" seamless gutters.

  While I paid for seamless gutters, the gutters were a combination of onsite made seamless gutters and store purchased gutters that were painted on site to match the seamless gutters. Ultimately the gutters didn't work and required repainting more than once in the short period they were installed.

  When I reported a problem(s), they were prompt about coming out to the house but were rarely able to fix the issue at hand giving excuses why the gutters did not work. On the 4th or 5th call to fix the gutters, the Craig Sellers told me he was done. He said he was going to give us a refund and remove his materials from my home. My wife and I were shocked, but accepted immediately! He later told me he knew when he first seen our home it would be impossible to install working gutters on our home, but he never informed us. Who does that! I can tell you a legitimate Architect, which is what he refers to himself as, would not do that. And finally, how dumb is it to then tell your client in an email after the fact such a thing.

  In the meantime, while waiting on his workers to remove the gutters from our home, I had another gutter company come and review the work. I learned there were many problems; however, it could be fixed . I contacted Craig to share the information. He said he didn't care.

  Shortly thereafter, "Bar FZ Seamless Gutter and Property Services" removed the gutters from our home, the drains from the ground, and destroyed them onsite. One of the most idiotic things I've ever seen. One of the employees even wore a body camera during the removal! I asked if this was uncommon for them to remove gutters they previously installed and was told no. They dug the gutters out of the ground as well. So stupid... it's hard to believe anybody could think this makes good business sense. Not to mention, 4 feet away, lay pre purchased new piping and fittings for the gutter company that ultimately replaced our gutters. Had they asked if they could take the new for the old, I would have agreed, but in 100 degree plus weather they manually dug out the drainage.

  Finally, it has been a pain dealing with Craig Sellers. He has a severe personality disorder with a need to impress upon us that he has an "impeccable" reputation and is an Architect who had built no less that 500 homes, and even once built a home 20 times the size of our home.

  He impressed upon us that our gutter job was insignificant to his other projects and we couldn't afford to have him visit our site again. Get the picture of what we were dealing with (Grandiose Narcissism)? And then he went as far to insinuate that we were thieves because we wanted him to present us with the refund before he removed the gutters from our home.

  Craig Sellers has since sent multiple abusive email messages to me including a vile video. It is a crime to harass people via email in Arkansas, AR Code § 5-71-217 (2020).

  Our new gutters from Seamless Gutter Systems work perfectly. They do not leak, overflow, or seep between the house and gutter. Thanks for the solid job Josh!
