We used Creative Building Solutions for the home renovation. Gutted to studs, new plumbing, new wiring, new heating and additional space. They handled everything from design to construction. Excellent overall work on an older home. My only criticism is that once it came to the finish work...the detail and they had been paid the majority of their money, it was difficult to get them to finish or to come back to complete the punch list. This is the work that make the house look good and it caused some frustration. The total renovation was $380K. I would hire them again if I had to do it over and with hold more cash to complete finish work.
