Contractor lacks inventiveness and finesse. Hires subcontractors (adds costs). Took 2 surprise vacations during my project. Project ran long and over budget. I did much of the finishing work myself. He never asked if I was happy with the results. His motivator seems to be profit; not workmanship, schedule, nor environmental impacts. I would not hire him for any future project.
