Willfully built not to trade standards and not to specifications, grossly exceeded "estimate" and contract was open ended, no finish date on contract, so the Crowleys slowly ripped us off, and we finally terminated them August 2013 after 17 long months, and now the SF Attorney General filed charges 12-22-15 against them on behalf of the Contractors State License Board, where we filed a complaint, with recommendation to revoke or suspend their license.
