Force contracted through the builder to patch drywall holes from servpro fixing water damage. After wrestling with terrible hours (8-4 m-f only) I finally had to coordinate with my work to be home for the contractors. They were over 45 minutes late the first time, left halfway through the job for supplies, and only came back several hours later. Patched the drywall, but wouldn't do the baseboards. "That's someone else" After the paint dried, it was clearly the wrong color and finish compared to the rest of the wall. After another 3 weeks, and another day of missing work to be home, the next guy shows up 40 minutes late and doesn't even know what the problem is. I explain and he marks some spots on the wall and takes some pictures and then leaves for 3 hours. Comes back saying he couldn't find a match for the baseboard. I walk over the construction site 50 ft away and ask for a piece and get it no problem. He needed instruction from me and we used my personal stud finder to find him spots to nail the baseboard in and actually hit studs. He then takes another few hours to paint said baseboard and two walls. He used an 8" foam roller...on 200sqft of wall and ceiling. Worker was clearly not informed about the job and lacked the experience to do it correctly with the correct tools. This is all after struggling to coordinate a time for people to even show up because it requires missing work. Office coordinators wont answer calls, and workers don't have the experience to do the work correctly the first time or even the professionalism to show up on time with the right materials and tools. Would strongly NOT recommend.
