    What a terrible experience dealing with crystal waters. I was so excited to contract business with the owner, Jonathan Gonzales. From the start of the project things seemed great, and Blanca the office manager, even insured me that everything was ordered and under ways.

    Once Jonathan received the final contract check, 95% of the original contract price, he disappeared. He quit checking in on us completely, no replies to emails, no returned phone calls, not even to check in on his workers during the project. Literally radio silence.

    When our in-ground pool project was close to completion we started to notice a DRAMATIC increase in our water bills due to a leak from pipes being install incorrectly, damage to our garage doors from the bob cat hitting it, our driveway was destroyed, our sod, fence and gate doors. The list goes on. The damage was close to $150k in repairs.

    The unfortunate part of the whole situation is the lack of communication. Being a business owner, I understand mistakes are made. The difference is the way you handle the mistakes. To ignore the customer when they are going through such a large purchase with your company is so unbelievably unprofessional.

    After continuous attempts to contact crystal waters and let them know about the damages, we finally got a response. The job was completed in December, they came back in July. They could not figure out the leak at that time, nor would the owner respond. As we sit, nothing has been taken care of or addressed by Crystal Water Pools. I am now having to remedy their mistakes out of my own pocket. If i could leave zero stars for this company I would. Highly do not recommend! I honestly feel scammed and taken advantage of.
