I would rate Crystal Water Pools, between 1-10. Definitely a (1). Contractor doesn’t return any calls after receiving final payment from Lyon Financial. I have had a few issues that is under warranty. But can’t get anything accomplished because contractor failed to communicate. I have addressed issues with Lyon Financial Services regarding my pool. Grace Ellis in (Complaint Management). Have not received any response from contractor after leaving voicemail messages. Please do your homework prior. So you’re not going through what myself and others who have left bad reviews about this company. Check BBB because there are a couple of bad reviews there as well. Any questions regarding my review.
