This guy did my basement some years back. Most of the work was good, however, he installed a window and I had problems with that pretty much from the beginning.
He lead us to believe that he had done this before but I don't believe that to be the case.
The window was poorly installed and leaked causing much damage to the basement. I tried to negotiate with him to return and repair it but he stooped answering my calls.
I would definitely not recommend him for any work.
