We would highly recommend CSI. We have used them for 2 remodels (kitchens and baths) and found them to be very serviced oriented, detailed, protective with home furnishings, working well with our interior designer and following up with a very impressive and thorough cleaning, from top to bottom. I'm sure there are other contractors less expensive but this is where "you get what you pay for" applies.
