    Similar experience to the other review. Also, before you do any business with CTI Projects, LLC, T-Con Signature Homes, or Jacob Alan Thomas ("Jake"), be sure you look up the circumstances surrounding his surrender of his contractors license (that's right, he is not a license contractor anymore). https://secure.utah.gov/llv/search/detail.html?index=0 (DOPL license #10787126-5501. You can read all about it here under "Agency Actions" and the $108k judgements against him for breach of contract and FRAUD. Add to that the $4,620 judgement I just got against him in Clearfield. There are more people he has done this too as well.
