Zero stars are not possible - otherwise that is what I would give this douche bag. Todd came out to our house over a month ago - gave me a price for the work I wanted - we scheduled an appointment for Monday June 18, and when that day came - he didn't show up - my wife texted him, finally he showed up, 2 hours later. He told me he would be back in 30 minutes with his crew to get started - 10 minutes later he texts my wife and tells her that he had 2 people quit, so he couldn't do the work on Monday, but that he could on Saturday June 23 - he was supposed to be here at 10am - again, no show - my wife texted him and only then - more than 5 weeks from the time he came and gave me a quote does he say "I am too busy, I can't do your project, you need to find someone else".
