Culver Construction is without doubt the most unreliable and overpriced contractor we have had any dealings with. Promises to provide quotes were constantly not delivered upon and when quotes were finally received after months of follow up and repeated requests they were incomplete and lacking detail in regard to scope. Talking to the principal director Wes Culver following non action by his staff on key issues resulted in us wasting the cost of the phone call with Wes telling us he was a busy man and too busy to attend to issues his company contracted to do.
Our experience is the people are ohhh so nice and talk the talk but are of no substance and even less action. They are also linked with a property management company 534 RENT, Culver Realty and Wes himself is running for office.
On all points we would recommend you look elsewhere as these people promise everything and deliver nothing but frustration and costs to you/your business.
