Mike Moreim and the crew of Custom Aire of Tidewater provided a complete replacement of the HVAC systems in our 1959 3,000 square foot split level house. In addition, they also installed a tank-less hot water system. First and foremost the crew showed up on the date promised and worked every day till the jobs were completed. Given the previous systems this was no small job and they still managed to finish ahead of schedule. The workmanship was beyond reproach and the jobs were completed at the contract amount with no surprise change orders. Mike and his team were always pleasant and respectful of our home and cleaned up at the end of each day. Given they were working throughout the whole house this was greatly appreciated. Last but definitely not least, Mike followed up on several occasions to make sure everything was working as promised. My wife and I would recommend Custom Aire to anyone looking for a professional HVAC install or repair.
